~What’s the intention of this meditation?~The Highest Good of All

~When to do it?~ In the morning, before you get up from bed, preferably, or whenever you can. The hour is not that important because time is just a concept. We are atemporal beings. If you feel that is good for you, you can set a daily hour like 22:22 or 07:07 or something like that.

~For how long to meditate?~How long do you feel.

~How to do it?~ Set your intention to connect with all those who meditate for the highest good of all. Stay with your spine straight, breath and center. Feel your body, relax. Breath from your heart center and visualize a light coming from above and entering your crown chakra. Let it descend into your heart and get out from your heart space, radiating in every direction, embracing everything. Focus your energy on feeling gratitude, confidence, inner peace, understanding, acceptance.
